March 18, 2010 In the real estate market today it is important to work with a Realtor who is knowledgeable and assertive. For me, it was also key to work with a Realtor who was flexible and patient. Marisa and Danielle possess all of these characteristics and so many more. They taught me about everything I needed to know so that I could make the most informed decisions. And in the time I spent house hunting with them I think I learned more about and saw more neighborhoods in South Florida, then I even knew existed. I would like to say thank you to the Marisa Dilenge Real Estate Team for their outstanding work selling our home in Boca RatonFlorida.? Many people are finding it difficult to sell in the current market but, that was not what I just experienced with this team of professionals.After listing with Marisa in the middle of December, we had our first offer by the first week in January, by the middle of February our second offer, and closed on March 20th.

Marisa, I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding a recent purchase. Diane and I recently bought a property in North Florida. Do to the circumstances and poor judgment we made the purchase without a realtor. All I can say is thank God a friend recommended you when we bought our home in Heron Bay. We truly overlooked a few key details with the North Florida purchase ($$). I learned?how easy it is to miss details when you buy without a professional to protect you.
Believe it or not it\\\\\\\'s been three years since we closed on our Heron Bay home. Diane and I still tell our friends how you wouldn\\\\\\\'t let us settle. There were several houses that would have worked during our home search, but you really did help us find the right "home".
